the wind blew
the trees swayed
to and fro
a loved one died
a child is born
to and fro
the day retreats
the night takes hold
to and fro
the seasons change
the earth renews
to and fro
the sun gave warmth
the rain had fallen
the soil gave way
a seed had sprouted
to and fro.
