What is happiness?

It seems like happiness can come and go like the wind—one minute you’re happy and on top of the world, then something sudden could happen to change that in a flash. It's hard as a human being to be completely happy all of the time. We can be very needy, restless, and wanting creatures—always searching for more. The things we take for granted really should be the things we should be the happiest for—physical, mental and spiritual health, a purpose in life, our pets, friends and family. There’s a lot of happiness right there, in front of us. Peace and love friends.
